Position Overview
The Global Sales & Operations Assistant Manager plays a key executional role in supporting MINISH’s global expansion, particularly in the U.S. market. This position sits at the intersection of clinical operations, provider management, global education programs, and internal coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of MINISH courses, seminars, and provider-related initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates with a clinical dental background (e.g., dental hygienist) or hands-on experience in the dental industry who are looking to expand into global business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Global Education & Program Operations
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Global MINISH Courses, including hands-on programs and clinical training for international dentists.
- Support end-to-end operations for Global MINISH Seminars, including speaker coordination, agenda management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Act as a key operational contact between HQ, instructors, and overseas participants (with a strong focus on the U.S.).
Global Provider Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Global MINISH Providers (dentists).
- Support provider onboarding, ongoing communication, and operational needs.
- Coordinate provider-related requests, feedback, and follow-up actions with internal teams.
Global Clinical Collaboration (협진) Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and operating global clinical collaboration initiatives, including cross-border case collaboration and provider partnerships.
- Coordinate between clinicians, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Content & Communication Support
- Translate and localize clinical, educational, and business content (Korean ↔ English) for global use.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of dental and medical terminology for international audiences.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the dental, healthcare, or medical industry (대리급).
- Background as a dental hygienist or equivalent hands-on clinical experience strongly preferred.
- Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Native or business-level Korean proficiency.
- Strong understanding of dental clinical workflows and dentist environments.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and execution skills in cross-functional and cross-cultural settings.
Preferred
- Experience supporting global markets, particularly the United States.
- Experience with dental education programs, seminars, or training operations.
- Ability to translate or adapt clinical/technical content for non-Korean audiences.
- High attention to detail and comfort with operational and administrative processes.
