MINISH People

This is what a Minish person looks like:
If our way of working sounds like your way of thinking,
Minish is ready to join you.

01

Authenticity that inspires trust

I value putting myself in the customer’s shoes and making the best choice for them as I would for my own family.
Build trust with customers with fact-based explanations.
Communicate with accurate information rather than flashy words.
Prioritize substance and authenticity over outward appearances.
Deepen relationships with customers.

02

Keep an open mind

Rather than cranking out work alone, we actively share and collaborate with our coworkers.
We’re transparent about our progress and don’t hesitate to ask for feedback or help when we need it. By listening to each other and putting the team’s success
first,
we create greater results through this collaboration.

03

Taking initiative

We value the attitude of putting ourselves in our customers’ shoes and making the best choice for them, just as I would for my own family.
We build trust with our customers with fact-based explanations and communicate with
accurate information rather than fancy words. We prioritize substance and
sincerity over outward appearances, and we deepen our relationships with our customers.

04

Constantly learning

Valuing the attitude of not being afraid of failure and exploring new ways and possibilities.
Rather than staying in the same old ways, it’s important to
try and learn on your own.
Sometimes it’s important to be open to going outside and coming back
stronger.

Minish Leadership

All of our activities are guided by the following principles

Can I recommend it to my family

There should never be one treatment for a client and another for
their family.
The standard for every treatment program we offer is
‘would I recommend it to my family’.
This is the foundation of Minish and is a non-negotiable principle.
Any product or service that deviates from this has no place in the
world.

Create a connection with your customers

We can’t drunk on the praise of satisfied and impressed customers; we have to
work until they bond with us and become raving
fans.
Bonding is what happens after
agreeing on Minish’s values, beliefs, and even philosophy, and
bonding is what leads to referral generation.

Passing the facts comes first

We need to persuade customers with the power of facts.
Flashy rhetoric can deceive in the heat of the moment
but the truth comes out over time.
If we deliver accurate information and tell our story
without fluff, customers will open their minds.
While we may catch their attention with flashy ideas, we shouldn’t compromise our
intrinsic value.

Annoying your boss is a skill

Make sure you understand your boss’s intentions before you execute.
Consistently providing updates, sharing opinions, and communicating progress leads to better results. Don’t struggle alone — ask your leader for help. Pushing your superiors when needed is also a skill. When we put our heads together and unite our efforts, there is no goal we cannot achieve.

Doubt, check, and execute

The more detailed the blueprint is,
the safer and stronger the actual building will be. Rushing is not always the answer.

Give yourself the freedom to fail

Don’t stop challenging yourself out of fear
of failure or worry about being blamed. Responsibility is borne by leadership.
Do not give up your freedom to fail.
To secure the world’s best ultra-precision processing technology,
we endured countless failures and kept moving forward without giving up. If we think and act the same way as before,
we can never surprise the world.

Gossip is the worst thing in the world

What you wouldn’t say in front of someone, you shouldn’t say behind their back.
Gossip, regardless of its authenticity,
shakes the other person’s trust and one day they will know.
Disagreements should be fought tooth and nail,
debated and won to the face.
In the process of speaking out and persuading in public,
we can become stronger.
Don’t be afraid to speak out publicly.

You're good to go!
Come back strong!

If you feel you’ve reached the limits of your growth in your work, you’re welcome to leave.
If you’ve found a greater vision in a new field, you’re welcome to leave.
It’s better than going with the flow.
In the future, when your newly absorbed knowledge, experience, and insights are
ripe, reach out to us and we won’t root you out.
Come back stronger.
