The Senior Marketing Manager (SEM Focus) is responsible for driving patient acquisition and brand growth through data-driven paid media and content strategies, with a primary focus on the North American market. This role owns the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns while working cross-functionally to align paid media, content, and brand messaging with MINISH’s global growth objectives.
This position is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with strong analytical capabilities, hands-on SEM expertise, and experience operating in global or healthcare-related markets.
Develop, execute, and continuously optimize comprehensive SEM strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Localize and adapt Korean brand excellence for North American and other global markets to maximize ROI, patient acquisition, and qualified consultations.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and intent analysis. Manage automated and manual bidding strategies to drive high-quality traffic while maintaining efficient CPAs and sustainable scale.
Draft, test, and refine high-performing ad copy aligned with brand tone and medical compliance requirements. Lead A/B testing initiatives and collaborate with relevant teams on landing page optimization to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis. Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights to support growth across North American and global markets.
Work closely with Operations, Content, and Design teams to ensure paid media messaging, creatives, and offers are aligned with overall business objectives, brand positioning, and market priorities.
Own and manage the North American SEM budget, including budget pacing, monthly forecasting, and strategic scaling based on seasonality, promotional cycles, and dental industry trends.
Contribute to the development of a content strategy that supports paid acquisition and organic growth objectives, with a strong focus on patient education, brand authority, and lead generation.
Draft blog articles or provide detailed content briefs aligned with SEM keywords, SEO priorities, and funnel stages. Ensure content supports landing pages, retargeting efforts, and long-term organic performance.
Plan and draft social media content for key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) in coordination with campaign objectives. Define posting cadence, content themes, and performance KPIs in collaboration with the Content team.
Analyze content and SNS performance data and feed insights back into paid media strategy, keyword planning, and messaging to continuously improve efficiency and relevance.
